At RESPAIR Retreat, we begin each morning in Noble Silence—a sacred practice of stillness and inward reflection. From the moment we rise until after our Kundalini Yoga session, we refrain from speaking or engaging in casual conversation. This intentional silence allows us to preserve the liminal space between dreaming and wakefulness, a potent window where our subconscious is most receptive, and our intuition speaks the loudest.

At the retreat, this silence extends from the time you wake up, through our Kundalini practice, allowing the breathwork and movement to integrate fully before we step into conversation and communal connection. By the time we break our silence at breakfast, we do so with greater intentionality, bringing more mindfulness and depth to our interactions.
